Description
The exhaust manifolds found in the 2005-2007 Chevy Cobalt, HHR and Saturn Ion were designed to combine the exhaust gasses from each of the cylinders quickly with a manifold that was cost effective to produce. Our 4-1 off-road racing headers are designed to allow the exhaust gasses to flow more freely from each cylinder and combine more efficiently. Tubing has been optimized for the 2.0L engine. This creates a reduction in cylinder backpressure and improved exhaust gas velocity. These improvements free up lost horsepower and torque. An added benefit is a more performance oriented exhaust sound.
The most restrictive part of any exhaust system is the catalytic converter. The stock catalytic converter is meant to filter the flow of exhaust gases to reduce the amount of harmful gases in the atmosphere. Because of this, lots of potential performance is restrained. Down Pipes eliminate the stock catalytic converter and reduce exhaust backpressure. This downpipe allows the engine to rev up and build power quicker by maximizing exhaust flow. The result brings out the vehicle’s performance potential by giving it a free high flowing exhaust system.

You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after.
